Great idea! Stonecroft exists so that women are reconciled to God through His Son, Jesus Christ. We spread the Gospel through outreaches, such as Women’s Connections, Christian Women’s Clubs and After 5s. To start a Group, begin with these four simple steps:

1. Pray

  • Gather women to diligently and consistently pray about leading or joining a Group.
  • Invite your local Stonecroft Regional Administrator (SRA) to prayer times. She supports Women’s Connection Groups in your area and can provide vision and information about Stonecroft Ministries.
  • If you do not know your SRA, contact Stonecroft’s Home Office at 800.525.8627 or email [email protected].

2. Coordinate: Once you agree to create a new Group, invite women to serve on the Planning Team, which includes the following roles:

  • *Chair
  • *Vice Chair/Administrative Assistant
  • *Financial Coordinator
  • Prayer Leader
  • Stonecroft Bible Studies Coordinator
  • Welcome Coordinator
  • *Note: At minimum, you’ll need a Chair, Vice Chair/Administrative Assistant, and Financial Coordinator to start a Group.

3. Approve: With your team in place, and support from your SRA, contact Stonecroft’s Ministry Support team at [email protected] or 800.525.8627 to receive a copy of the Women’s Connection Handbook and additional information to help you get started.

4. Register:

  • Complete a Planning Team List and send it to Ministry Support at Stonecroft’s Home Office ([email protected] or 10561 Barkley, Suite 500 / Overland Park, KS 66212).
  • The Planning Team List includes basic information about the Group and leaders. When we receive your list, we will activate your Group, establish an avenue of official communication, and send your initial Group Supplies.
  • Stonecroft’s Financial Liaison will arrange a phone meeting with the Chair and Financial Coordinator to provide training on your group’s financial responsibilities.
