How One Woman’s Step of Faith Sparked a Neighborhood Connection
What started with just a few lawn chairs and coffee mugs, became something extraordinary and this is a story of how God turns every situation into a ministry opportunity. During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, when front doors closed and uncertainty loomed, Marsha stepped out in faith. Equipped through Stonecroft’s relational evangelism training, she started something simple but bold: a Driveway Café. With just a few lawn chairs and coffee mugs, she created a space of connection for her neighbors—socially distanced but spiritually united.
With socially distanced seating but spiritually united hearts, women began gathering in her driveway week after week. They came for community but discovered something deeper. Stonecroft had prepared Marsha not only to host, but to listen, share, and gently guide conversations toward Jesus. What started as a cup of coffee became a vessel for the Gospel.
This is the power of a story, a true testimony
Today, that same driveway is still a place of warmth and welcome. And stories like Marsha’s are being written in cul-de-sacs, cafés, parks, and church basements across the country, wherever God leads a woman willing to say “yes.”
Over the years, Stonecroft has seen thousands of stories unfold. So many moments of transformation, of hope restored, and of lives changed for eternity. I am asking you to pause and consider the true eternal impact that Stonecroft Nation has had on so many women and in turn family, friends and opportunities that God has placed before them. What makes these stories truly powerful is how they multiply throughout families and communities, across the nation and beyond. One life touched often becomes many – that is the power of a story, of a true testimony. A woman equipped becomes a woman who equips others. That’s the ripple effect of this ministry, and the momentum that we are building on. These types of impacts are possible through the hard work, dedication and faithful generosity of Stonecroft Nation.
Behind every one of these stories is a faithful community of monthly donors. Their generosity fuels Stonecroft to equip and provide the resources needed to empower women like Marsha to share the hope of Christ in everyday places.
Monthly giving doesn’t just sustain the mission; it provides the fuel to move forward!
We have a God-sized goal ahead of us and this is a great opportunity to join this movement and make a true impact. Sign up by July 31st to help expand this ripple effect into every U.S. ZIP Code and 60 countries by 2035.
We are deeply grateful for your support and partnership. Together, we believe God will continue to use Stonecroft to reconcile every woman to Him through Jesus Christ.
