Eliza joined Stonecroft because she is passionate about equipping people to be confident in sharing the Good News of Jesus. She is married to EJ, and has two amazing sons. She says that her family is “on mission” and that they want to give every temporary thing they have eternal purpose! They make their home a place of community, encouragement, and prayer to host neighbors and friends. In her downtime and in the kitchen, she loves to bake and make fancy cakes. She also loves to create polymer clay jewelry and having the opportunity to gift the things that she creates.

In her current role, Eliza is grateful to serve the mission of Stonecroft, staff and volunteers. With almost 30 years in ministry, she has served as a denominational executive and outreach pastor in the RCA, focusing on local mission and strategic ministry innovation throughout North America. She has served as a consultant and facilitator for leadership and strategic development processes for national and local organizations, and has had the joy of mentoring emerging missional leaders across the country. Eliza received her doctorate in Organizational Leadership, focusing on environments that shape extraordinary ministry leaders.

For Eliza, the greatest blessing of serving with Stonecroft is being able to get in the trenches and learn from our volunteers. She is encouraged when she gets to watch them lead others and rely on the Lord.
