Meet Willa Ibach

Director of Operations

Willa joined Stonecroft because she wanted to be a part of a mission that strives to change lives. She particularly loves Stonecroft’s commitment to training women in evangelism. She feels that this is a unique, much needed resource for women who desire to share the love of Jesus with their community. She emphasizes that Stonecroft’s focus on building relationships and fostering hospitality so that every woman can find a place to belong meets such a critical need in our society today.

She has been married to her best friend, Stephen, for over 30 years. They have five adult children, two children-in-law, and they are expecting their fourth grandchild in December. She and Stephen have always believed that radical hospitality and disruptive generosity are critical to the Christian Walk and to relational evangelism, and their home is rarely empty or quiet.

In this role, Willa takes head on the daunting challenge of reinforcing the Operational infrastructure. She is a testimony in that during some of the most difficult challenges, God has repeatedly shown her glimpses of how He is working and providing solutions in ways she would not have imagined. The Lord has used her role at Stonecroft to increase her reliance on him and her trust in His provision for Stonecroft.

For Willa, the greatest blessing of serving with Stonecroft is that Stonecroft Nation is an evangelistic praying nation. She says that there have been so many times that she has received a text or call from someone letting her know they are praying for her at just the moment she needed it most. She provides a testimony that recently she experienced a catastrophic eye injury. The healing that she experienced was shocking to her doctor, but she knows that the prayers of her church and Stonecroft Nation were critical in that healing. She is so grateful for all of those that have and continue to pray for her – all the prayer warriors!
