Meet Lora Wade
Volunteer Coordinator
Lora joined Stonecroft because she believes in the power of everyday conversations to change lives. She shares the heart for reaching women with the Gospel-right where they are-resonates with my passion for personal evangelism, servant leadership, and building authentic community. She finds joy in being part of a movement that equips and empowers women to share Jesus Christ.
Lora brings to Stonecroft passion for the Great Commission and has traveled to over 14 nations sharing the Gospel and encouraging others. She is a self-proclaimed Bible nerd who loves singing and playing piano, cooking, reading, watercolor painting, thrifting, juicing, and savoring every cup as a coffee connoisseur.
Her personal mission statement is to “die empty,” giving every gift, talent, and ability she has for the glory of Christ. Growing up in West Virginia as a pastor’s kid instilled in her a deep love for Jesus and a lifelong commitment to serving others.
Her current role as a Volunteer Coordinator allows her to live out the Great Commission daily as she organizes, equips, and encourages women to share the hope of Christ. She finds it in using her gifts and experiences to build community, foster servant leadership, and pointing others to the Cross.
For Lora, the greatest blessing of serving with Stonecroft seeing lives transformed by the Gospel through everyday conversations. She considers it a privilege to equip women to share Jesus and watch God move in unexpected places and using her gifts to advance His Kingdom while also fulfilling her mission to “die empty” brings deep joy and eternal purpose to her.
