Meet Lynne Jordan

Lynne Jordan, MA, RN, CDP, holds degrees in both nursing and psychology. Lynne is a certified dementia care practitioner and health and wellness coach. Additionally, she is a first responder for her county’s sherrifs department when a suicide has occured in her community. Lynne is a visiting professor for the college located where she lives instructing graduating nursing students in the care of those living with dementia and how to initiate end of life conversations with both individuals and families. Lynne is ordained and holds a certificate in hospice chaplaincy and serves part-time as a hospice chaplain.  

Lynne has been a speaker for Stonecroft since 2008, served as an area rep, and is RST for her home state of Indiana.
