Get Ready for Holiday Prays!

Most of us celebrate the holiday season with loved ones, but some spend their holidays hurting and alone. Holiday Prays offers a simple way to extend the love of Jesus to them – and others.

As the holiday season approaches, ask your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and other women how you can pray for them. Then pray for their requests and follow up after the holidays to see how God moved in their lives. Afterward, take a few minutes to tell us about your experience online.

Visit stonecroft.org/holiday-prays to print two beautiful Holiday Prays cards we’ve created for you. One is a prayer request card where you can list how people want you to pray for them. The other card – a new feature of this year’s Holiday Prays – is designed to give to the person you’re praying for.

Join us for Holiday Prays – and watch what God does through our prayers!

New Evangelism Training Resource Available

Your Story, a new evangelism training resource developed by our Outreach Department, is available at stonecroft.org/resources/evangelism-tools/ or by emailing [email protected].

Your Story features a PowerPoint, leader’s notes, worksheet, and four story-cards. The training helps women to create and present their testimony through a simple, four-part approach. Participants write on four cards the answer to four questions. The women then arrange the cards/answers in an order that provides an easy-to-follow, short faith story for sharing with a nonbelieving friend.

Stonecroft Launches Three More Hubs

Stonecroft leaders recently announced the launching of three new hubs – one in Knoxville, Tennessee; one in Anne Arundel County, Maryland; and the other in Pueblo, Colorado. Stonecroft now counts 21 official hubs (formerly called “affiliates”) in communities across the U.S.

Primarily led by young women, the Stonecroft hub is a local volunteer organization of Christian women – age 20s to 90s – who are passionate to share the Gospel with their friends, neighbors, and co-workers. Volunteers gather in these community-based organizations to receive training about how to share the Gospel. Stonecroft hubs prayerfully create and execute plans to take the Good News to their peers in relevant ways.
