Making a Bequest Doesn’t Change Your Lifestyle

Your gifts to Stonecroft are an important and significant affirmation of your trust and lasting confidence in this ministry’s work. In fact, your financial support is a Kingdom partnership that has enabled Stonecroft to inspire, encircle, and equip women to share their faith for 81 years, and hopefully well into the future. Stonecroft exists to see women reconciled to God through a relationship with His Son, Jesus Christ. Our vision is to love 1 million women toward Jesus by 2025.

When Nehemiah was called to rebuild the walls of Jerusalem, he understood that his task involved both building and defending his work. Of this complicated work, he recorded, “And I said to the nobles and to the officials and the rest of the people, ‘The work is great and widely spread, and we are separated on the wall, far from one another. In the place where you hear the sound of the trumpet, rally to us there. Our God will fight for us’” (Nehemiah 4:19-20, ESV).

We would like to ask you, as someone who plans well and looks to the future, to consider a long-term investment in our mission. You can increase the impact of your giving and provide a lasting legacy by including a bequest to Stonecroft in your will or estate plan.

The benefit of a bequest is that it will not change your lifestyle. You can choose to leave cash, stock, real estate, a percentage of your IRA or your estate to Stonecroft in your will while also continuing to control and use your assets during your life. Should you choose to include us in your plans, your gift will make a lasting difference to those we serve.

If you need assistance with estate planning, we have resources that can help you and your attorney.
