Meet our speakers
Dr. Naomi Cramer Overton has served as Stonecroft’s President and CEO since September of 2018.
Naomi is passionate about advancing the Gospel and building the Kingdom of God. Since being at Stonecroft and before COVID, Naomi invested her time in traveling across the nation, visiting with over 2,000 Stonecroft volunteers to hear your stories and your heart for the ministry and the Gospel. During COVID, Naomi connected Stonecroft volunteers across the nation through National Weekly Rhythm calls and advanced the Gospel by promoting relational evangelism initiatives and providing Zoom accounts for our key leaders to continue hosting Bible Studies and outreaches.
Her sweet spirit and genuine love for people echo time spent with the Savior, in the presence of God, and a deep hunger for His Word. It is not by accident that she lives on mission to share the gospel and make disciples, passionately working so that the church can grow and thrive.
Dr. Overton has a Doctorate in Missions from Fuller Theological Seminary, and she holds an MBA in Organizational Entrepreneurship from UCLA’s Anderson Graduate School of Management. Her Bachelor of Arts degree is in Political Science with Communications from Stanford University, which is where she began a relationship with Jesus Christ and met her husband and college sweetheart, Frank. They currently split their time with family in Colorado and San Diego and have three grown children and one sweet little dog.
Jesus is everything. It is the heart, the passion, and the leadership approach of author, speaker, and ministry leader, Lisa Whittle. As the daughter of a pastor, Lisa’s longest community is with the Church, which has become her greatest place of ministry. Her love runs deep to see people pursue Jesus for life, grow deep roots of faith, and walk strong in the midst of a world that so often seems to have gone crazy.
For this reason, Lisa has dedicated her life to writing and speaking about the truth of Jesus Christ and how wanting Him the most changes everything. Lisa is a bestselling author of 8 books and a new Bible study including The Hard Good (September 2021) and Jesus Over Everything (March 2020), Put Your Warrior Boots On (June 2017) and 5 Word Prayers (October 2017), and a sought-out Bible teacher for her wit and bold, bottom line approach. Her with you-for you signature style is a favorite of audiences who have her coming back to speak into them year, after year. From retreats to rehab facilities to college campuses to the large church or conference stage, Lisa’s desire remains the same: to point people to the Jesus who can change their life.
Toni is a communicator, host, and consultant at North Point Ministries (founded by Andy Stanley), on-camera personality at The reThink Group, Fellowship of Christian Athletes public school speaker, and co-founder of The Resource Group: A faith-based consulting firm. She is known for her vibrant personality, charisma, and all-around welcoming spirit. You will frequently hear her shout the sentence; “Broken crayons still color!” as she has a passion to help women and teens believe in the idea that no matter their difficult story or walls of weakness, God still has an incredible plan to go along with the purpose He’s placed in their life. “Broken crayons still color”…. a life mantra. A reminder that our past doesn’t have to define us. an interactive experience. a message of hope.
Vivian Mabuni is a national speaker, author, bible teacher, and podcast host. Her writing has appeared in Christianity Today, SheReadsTruth, Our Daily Bread, Propel Sophia, and her teaching on the YouVersion Bible App. She has been a keynote speaker at conferences, universities, and churches across the country including IF: Gathering, QCommons, Cru Winter Conferences, and Biola University. With 32 years of serving on staff with Cru, Viv loves teaching about the Bible and its practical application to ministry and life and serves on the Board of Trustees at Denver Seminary. Author of "Open Hands, Willing Heart," and Founder and podcast host of “Someday Is Here” for AAPI (Asian American Pacific Islanders) leaders, Viv loves drinking coffee with her husband of 30 years, Darrin, and marveling at their three young adult kids.
Eliza Cortes Bast is the he Senior Director of Programming at Stonecroft and she is passionate about Jesus. She is committed to helping leaders and organizations live fully into their God-given potential. She is dedicated to helping ministries unlock their missional imagination by facilitating strategic processes and creating systems to help them thrive. She is a national speaker and facilitator, and contributes to a number of online spaces that focus on Christianity, leadership, women, or the Latina experience in America. She has previously served as a pastor and a denominational executive for strategic innovation, as well as local mission for the US. She also serves as adjunct faculty, and has taught and designed curricula for Cornerstone University and Northpoint Bible College while an Ed.D. doctoral candidate. Eliza is co-director of 10kp, a ministry consulting and leadership non-profit. She resides in Michigan with her incredible family, where they cook and dance in the kitchen together. She believes in asking great questions, releasing talent, and amplifying the good.
I have had the incredible opportunity to meet amazing women throughout my life. (Like you!) Gathering with women, laughing together and learning from one another are only a few of my favorite things.
In fact, connecting with women in my home got me through some of my darkest seasons. As did learning to connect with my body and connecting with God. Home, body and soul are all reflections of my own journey.
Through pain and loneliness, I learned the importance of designing a home so others feel welcome.
Through daily gratitude for the skin I am in, I have learned to love my body. It hasn’t been easy. There have been cycles of addiction and blankets of shame. Learning to celebrate my body has taken years of intentional practice.
Through day-in and day-out relationship with God, I have learned the anchor of happiness. It’s Him. It’s Jesus. He is the one full of limitless happy. I promise.
Through my experiences and products, my hope is that women taste how good it is to cultivate their homes, bodies and souls in ways that allow true flourishing. Every single day.
Dr. Liz Selzer founded the Mentor Leadership Team, a consulting and training company that helps organizations unleash the potential of their people. Dr. Selzer’s passion for helping organizations better value and engage employees led to numerous articles on mentoring and the publication of her three books: 3G Mentoring, Your Culture at its Strongest and Real Leaders. Her radio show, Mentoring across Differences or MAD radio was a top rated digital program for two years. As an internationally sought after speaker and trainer, Dr. Selzer has trained in mentoring, leadership development, and biblical topics on six continents and throughout the United States. Her clients include a wide range of organizations: Compassion International, Youth for Christ, McGraw Hill, NASA, YUM! Foods, General Dynamics and Good Samaritan Hospitals to name a few. She also has taught theology and organizational leadership at several seminaries and universities. When not working she enjoys visiting her five children and golfing with her husband Scott.

General Conference Information
What is your refund policy?
We sure will miss you, but we understand that life situations do happen. If you need to make the decision to cancel your ticket, you can do so as late as September 8, 2022. After that, refunds will not be accepted.
What is the last day to register?
The last day to register for the event will be Thursday, September 8, 2022.

Breakout Sessions
How do I choose my breakout session?
In-person attendees:
Upon arrival, you will be able to pick your break-out session for both Thursday and Friday. We know that breakouts can fill up quickly! Spots will be on a first come basis. Breakout sessions are the same for Thursday & Friday, so you can experience more than one. As an in-person attendee, you will also have access to the content through March 2023.
Livestream participants:
You will have access to all three breakout sessions. Have fun picking and choosing which you would like to watch!
What can I expect from the Individual Influencer session?
Do strangers pour out their life story to you wherever you go? Do you get excited when you think about sharing your faith story with others? This session is for leaders who love connecting with people and want to grow in sharing their faith one-on-one with others.
What can I expect from the Small Group Leader session?
In a world where so much divides us, this breakout is for people who are passionate about creating welcoming, diverse small group spaces that bring us together. Learn more about how to create HOPEful spaces of hospitality where women of all ages, races, and backgrounds feel like they are welcome and they belong.
What can I expect from the Large Group Facilitator session?
Large group leaders, speakers, and planning teams will enjoy this creative and inspirational breakout session designed for the Ordinary People, Extraordinary Hope resource. Discover fresh ideas and dream together as you hear more about creating an engaging outreach or connection event for this upcoming year.
Live Stream Information
Who gets access to the livestream content?
In-person attendees:
Post-event, you will get access to all breakout sessions and livestream content through March 2023.
Livestream hosts:
Pre-event, you will have an opportunity to test the livestream. You will have access to content from Lead Extraordinary (including ALL breakout sessions) and all content from Live Extraordinary. All content will be yours to view and use through March 2023.
All participants:
Post-event, you will get access to all breakout sessions and livestream content through March 2023.
How long do I get access to the livestream content?
All in-person attendees and livestream participants receive content through March 2023.
What is the difference between a host pass and a participant pass?
Those purchasing a host pass will receive an access code to livestream (including all content from Thursday to Saturday), as well as tools and resources to help her host well in her community, including a digital invitation, Pinterest mood board, and more.
Participant pass holders can attend the livestream event either in a host group or individually.

Is the hotel included in the ticket price?
Hotel accommodations are not included in your event ticket price. However, special room rates are available at the nearby hotels, which are listed in the Accommodations section of this page. Make sure to grab the great rates by mentioning Stonecroft!
Your event ticket price includes the community and incredible content coming via breakouts and our speakers.
What transportation is available?
Transportation will be on your own. Feel free to ride with friends or grab an Uber or Lyft. You will be traveling from the airport to your hotel, then from hotel to church. All hotels are within 2 miles of the venue.
Are meals/drinks/other food included in my ticket price?
Yes! All Lead Extraordinary guests get Dinner with the CEO on Thursday night and lunch on Friday. They will also enjoy coffee Friday morning.
All Live Extraordinary guests will receive lunch on Saturday, as well as coffee Saturday morning.
Snacks will be provided throughout the weekend!
