Stonecroft is on the move, sharing God’s Good News both independently and in tandem with other Christ-centered organizations. A current example of faith-based partnership is the radio guest appearances of Cheryl Davis, Stonecroft’s Vice President of Ministry Development, and Peggy Banks, Stonecroft’s Director of Leadership Development, on Man2Man Express, January 19-23, 2009.
Man2Man Express broadcasts daily on 500+ radio stations and is the voice of a vibrant ministry called Iron Sharpens Iron Conference Network. During this five-day series, “Strengthening Your Marriage in 2009,” Cheryl and Peggy reach out to female listeners, showing how a faith walk with Jesus benefits both husband and wife, and introducing the audience to Stonecroft Ministries. Stonecroft’s association with Iron Sharpens Iron Conference Network continues this fall as we help sponsor a one-time women’s conference in Connecticut. More than 3,000 women are expected.
Just a few months ago, hundreds of Stonecroft volunteers gathered at Impact ’08 in Kansas City, seeking God’s chazown for our communities. Open doors such as this partnership with Iron Sharpens Iron Conference Network are reminders of His continuous, life-changing work through Stonecroft Ministries. It’s thrilling to watch as His ongoing vision for our ministry unfolds.
