STONECROFT FIELD DIRECTORS

ADDITIONAL FIELD DIRECTORS ADDED!
Good news for Stonecroft volunteers in Illinois, Wisconsin, Tennessee, North and South Carolina, central and northern California, Nevada, and Utah!  God has faithfully answered prayer. Beginning April 1, your area will have the support, encouragement, and leadership of a Field Director.
MEET THE NEW FIELD DIRECTORS

Since 2006, Stonecroft Ministries has been blessed with several godly, gifted, and talented women who serve as Field Directors. Their charge has been to work with current and new volunteers to enhance and expand ministry in their local areas through Stonecroft Bible Studies, prayer, outreach groups, and new pilot models.

The role of Field Director is a significant one at this time in our ministry—a time when we are exploring new ways to reach today’s culture for Christ. Their charge has been to work with current and new volunteers to enhance and expand ministry in their local areas through Stonecroft Bible Studies, prayer, outreach groups, and new pilot models.

It is our desire to have the entire United States covered by Field Directors sometime in 2008. God is faithfully answering prayer and helping us to move toward that goal with the addition of three new Field Directors, who begin serving on April 1.

Stonecroft Ministries proudly introduces two new Field Directors: Peggy Sperling and Anne Schneider.

Peggy Sperling

For 24 years, Peggy Sperling has been in the business of reaching women and touching their lives. As Field Director for Colorado and Arizona, her experience as a top recruiter who developed leadership potential in other women will serve her well. The primary change, Peggy shares, is the intentionality of the ministry. She explains, "In the past, I worked for what I call an indirect ministry. As God moved in my life over the past few years, many things changed. He is taking me to a new level through Stonecroft because it is a direct ministry for the purpose of spreading the Gospel."

Anne Schneider

Though she hails from Maryland and will additionally cover Virginia, West Virginia, and Delaware, Anne Schneider has traveled the world ministering to people of different languages, races, and cultures. She joins Stonecroft Ministries with 25 years of leadership experience, the past 15 of which have been devoted to full-time ministry. Anne shares, "The Lord redirected me back to my roots in Maryland. He said, 'I want you to minister at home.' Without a doubt, I know I'm supposed to be back at my roots as a part of Stonecroft Ministries."

Including our two new additions, Stonecroft Ministries currently has 16 staff in the field reaching communities throughout the United States. At a time when we are exploring new ways to reach today's culture for Christ, our Field Directors are focused on partnering with volunteers to enhance and expand ministry in their local areas through Stonecroft Bible Studies, prayer, outreach groups, and new pilot models.

Mary Hamrick—Field Director for Illinois and Wisconsin
Mary has been employed as a marketing associate and recently served as the Women’s Ministry Director for a church in Maryland. She has led various Bible studies, Moms-In-Touch prayer groups, and church-related outreach teams.

Lisa Heidrich—Field Director for Tennessee, North and South Carolina
Lisa is currently Vice Chair of the Huntersville, North Carolina Christian Women’s Club. She has guided several Stonecroft Bible Studies and spoken at outreach events. Last fall, Lisa felt God calling her out of her nursing career of 22 years into full-time ministry. In addition to her volunteer work with Stonecroft, she has been involved in a variety of women’s leadership roles at her church.

Trina Pockett—Field Director for Northern & Central California, Nevada, and Utah
For the past four years, Trina has headed up the women’s ministry at a church in Moreno Valley, California. She speaks at a variety of women’s ministry events and is also involved in her local MOPs (Mothers of Preschoolers) group. Trina and her family will be relocating to Northern California.

Thank the Lord with us for these women He has called to serve full-time with Stonecroft Ministries!

In the coming weeks and months, we hope to be making announcements similar to this one in other areas of the country as we hire new Field Directors and assign additional states to some of our current ones. We are relying solely on God’s timing and direction in this matter and ask for your prayers as we seek His leading.

The Eastern and Western divisions have been decided according to the concentration and population of Stonecroft’s outreach ministry. Basically, the Mississippi River serves as the line between the two Divisions. The only exception is that the state of Mississippi is in the Western Division. All Canadians contacting the Kansas City office for assistance will be served by the Western Division support staff.

When you call the office (800-525-8627), the receptionist will direct you to the person who works with your division. The staff members responsible for those calls have been cross-trained in matters relating to both Stonecroft outreach groups and Stonecroft Bible Studies. Contact e-mail addresses remain the same: connections@stonecroft.org and biblestudies@stonecroft.org. When you call or e-mail, it will be helpful to let us know which state you live in.

We have spent much time in prayer and preparation to ensure that this transition goes smoothly. It is our great expectation that the formation of the Eastern and Western Divisions will enable us to assist you even better than ever!
