Welcome to Today I Pray.

When we bow before God on behalf of someone who doesn’t yet know of His saving work, of His great love in sending His Son Jesus, of His mercy and goodness, we enter into a work that has eternal impact.
As followers of Jesus Christ, we long for those around us to know Him.
Sometimes we are so burdened we hardly know how or what to pray. At these times we turn to God’s Word. When we pray, God receives our prayers joyfully.

Today I Pray enables you to personalize your prayers for each person on your prayer list with the power of God’s Word. James 4:8 reminds us, “Come near to God and he will come near to you.”

Stonecroft designed Today I Pray as a 30-day intercessory prayer commitment.

Ask God to put on your heart a family member, neighbor, co-worker, or
acquaintance who needs to accept the gift of salvation found only through
God’s Son, Jesus Christ. Each day, write the name of the person in the blanks. Spend some time thinking of how the Holy Spirit is leading you through the Scripture prayer. Use the provided space to write additional prayers.

You may want to use one Today I Pray booklet at a time to focus your prayers on one specific person, or you may use the booklet to pray for many. Use Today I Pray during your personal prayer time or in a small group as you intercede for people who need Jesus.
Remember, prayer is powerful and important. It matters that you pray.
