Please pray for our church.  We have a new preacher, however, he is so

extreme in what he is doing, that 30 families have left.  No new ones are coming either.  I have been a member for 42 years, have raised my
sons and grandchildren in this church.  Our church has been in existence for 103 years and all of a sudden, according to our new 33 year old pastor, our church is not Bibical and has never been?  I am not the only one that is upset with what he is doing.  Please pray that things change before our church splits apart.

Please pray for our church.  It is being led away from the gospel and it is being divided by a new Pastor who is restructuring the whole church into a following of him not God.  Please pray that he will leave before this happens.  We have been a church for 103 years and have flourished until he came and the membership has dropped and the donations also.  Our church has always supported missions and he has taken that away.  We have raised our children in this church and our grandchildren,however, he is asking the nominating committees to get rid of all the elderly people who have been the backbone of this church from having any positions and asking them to leave.  I am so burdened about this because I know the devil can also be in sheep clothing.

I am currently the Prayer Coordinator for the Hendersonville Christian Women's Connection. I need God's specific guidance for this leadership role. I need to know how He would have me guide the ladies when we meet to pray and how to challenge them (and myself) to pray more earnestly (like Hannah).

I also need you to pray for me that God would make it very clear whether or not He would have me do speaker training and share my testimony with other women. This is such an awesome responsibility, that I don't want to verture in that direction unless I have God's leadership. It's hard to expose yourself to other women, and unless God is in it, it's worthless.

Please pray with me for a husband who has a blood clot and his mother who is dying that God's Will in these two situations will be fulfilled.

My mother, Frances Johnson, has a very serious cancer situation.  Please pray for peace and healing.  Thank you so much.

Please pray for Robert Moore.  Just felt that need today as he is in Haiti and felt something may be wrong.

Please pray for Virgil, an elderly man with dementia, who has to have a new pacemaker put in tomorrow, Oct. 6.  His wife is frail and they do not have children to be with them during this time.

Please for Noah, an African father of one and expecting another.  He has been working in Haiti and has contacted some type of disease.  He has been flown to St. Petersburg, FL and is in critical condition, with double pneumonia and they are afraid his kidneys are shutting down.  Pray for his healing because he was devoting his time working to help the Haitians and has made a big impact there since he has been there. Pray for his family and for his fellow workers who are very concerned about him.

Please pray for healing for Mike, his wife, and three children.  Mike was diagnosed with both leukemia and lymphoma, Monday.

Please pray for my Aunt, Mae who fell and broke her hip last Friday and for her husband, Virgil who was left at home by himself as Mae was a caregiver for him.  They have no children.  They live in Tennessee.

Please pray for our son, Robert & wife, Nina Moore who are in Haiti for a year. Pray for protection from rioting, chlorea, and that they will be able to witness to others. Robert is working in excavating, tearing down houses and building roads destroyed by the earthquake.Nina is working in purchasing for the compound they are leaving in. They have committed to this and are connected with Samaritan's Purse.

Please pray for Mrs. Lindy Scherffius, her dad peacefullly passed away tonight. Please keep her and her family uplifted with prayers, especially given the upcoming holiday. 

Also please keep Mrs. Lindy's mom in prayer as she is bedridden. Please pray for Our Heavenly Father to embrace the family with comfort and strength. 

Mrs. Lindy has been through a lot these past years, but it hasn't hindered her willingness to serve. She is an incredible servant. I pray that we can be a comfort to her as she has been a comfort to many.

Please pray for Lisa Heidrich, Mid South Divisional Field Director. She is unwell. Please pray that God will deliver her from her illness and restore her strength... so that she may continue with God's work in bringing others closer to Him.
