A Letter from Geneva

As Christian women, we know that a relationship with Jesus Christ is the best thing that this life has to offer. We can't even imagine our lives without Him. He is who propels us to reach out and connect with women to share the Good News.

There's is new excitement and energy throughout Stonecroft Ministries and many opportunities to touch the hearts of women for Jesus Christ. Doors are opening everywhere, and Stonecroft women are leading the way.

All around us there resonates a deep and desperate yearning because women are in need of the Savior. Now, we are making a difference for Christ by offering hope to the wives of America's active duty service men. Our awareness is growing about ways we can share God's love among diverse cultural groups. And we are bringing encouragement to the mothers of young children.

As your group prepares for its annual Fall Fundraiser, we are grateful for every hour, detail, and prayer that you put into organizing and planning a successful event. Fall Fundraising events are important to our ministry work because those revenues account for a significant portion of Stonecroft's operating budget. The fruit of your labor sustains ministry development, helps to cover salaries for our Divisional Field Directors and Home Office staff, pays for the resources, materials, and services that support outreach groups and Stonecroft Bible Studies, and funds leadership training.

We are excited to offer your group the option of accepting credit cards for purchases at your Fall Fundraiser. To the left is an instruction sheet for accepting credit cards, and a template for photocopying credit card forms.

The Fundraising Financial Summary Form allows you to report all proceeds from your fundraising event, including purchases and donations given in support of the event. Fundraising event purchases are not receipted.

Your group is allowed to keep up to 10 percent of the money raised at your Fall Fundraiser. On Line 9 of the Fundraising Event Financial Summary enter the total amount collected from the fundraiser. On Line 10 enter 10 percent of Line 9. Subtract Line 10 from Line 9 and enter on Line 11 the total to be sent to the National Home Office. On your Monthly Financial Summary enter the 10 percent your group kept from the Fall Fundraiser on Line 7. This increase in local funds will be reflected in the rest of the report to Line 30.
