Do you have a desire to serve, minister, and share the Gospel cross-culturally? Stonecroft Ministries wants to help you tap into a creative, biblical approach to diversity that looks beyond outward appearances—connecting all people through the love of one Savior. Intersections: Relationship without Walls is a first step in cross-cultural ministry!

With a focus on evangelism, participants will:

• Increase awareness of individual cultural biases, acknowledging the impact of those biases on individuals of other cultural groups
• Develop an understanding of possible cross-cultural challenges
• Understand cross-cultural dynamics
• Understand how "misunderstandings" occur in cross-cultural communication, both verbal and non-verbal
• Expand knowledge and apply skills to work effectively in a cross-cultural ministry environment
• Begin to develop a personal action plan for continued learning focused on building cross-cultural relationships

This workshop provides leaders with a biblical approach to diversity in a way that is friendly, safe, and respectful for all participants.
