Dear Stonecroft Bible Studies leaders and Stonecroft Regional Administrators,

Greetings from Kansas City! We are blessed with a beautiful Spring and thanking God for His Word and His creation. We can't thank you enough for your commitment to disciple others as you lead Stonecroft Bible Studies and multiply leaders through your training.

I know many of you have witnessed many changes in the ministry during the past few years, and we pray that the updated Bible studies and revised materials have been received as positive contributions to your ministry. We are grateful for your feedback on how to continually improve the studies and provide you with the tools that are needed in your region.

We hope this letter will help you as you continue to lead people through Stonecroft Bible Studies. We apologize in advance for its length.

Stonecroft Bible Studies Coordinators: Your continued role in equipping, encouraging, and supporting the Guides in your communities is critical! As you know, this past year, Guides have been given the ability to order their own Studies. This enables them to receive materials more quickly and serves both you and your Guides better. Though the Guides can order directly they still need you as a Coordinator to encourage them in their Studies, train them on how to be effective Guides, and to recruit others to further reach your cities for Christ.

Guides can order Stonecroft Bible Studies: As Guides are now able to order directly, we have further streamlined this process so that anyone who is in a leadership position can order Stonecroft Bible Studies. If you are a Coordinator, please encourage your Guides to request their study material directly from Stonecroft. This will eliminate some charges being allocated to your account, and hopefully lessen the calls you have to make to those who use your Coordinator number. You will also want to encourage your Guides to complete the Activity Report. The information on these reports gives us and you valuable insight into the ministry in your communities.

New Stonecroft Bible Studies: As you may have heard, we are working on two new Stonecroft Bible Studies to be released later this year. The first one is a topical study entitled "What's Brewing: Filtering Your Plans, Priorities, and Perspectives." Each lesson is a one hour experience—making it ideal for busy women at home or in the workplace. The second study, entitled "I Peter," takes an up-close look at this book.

Stonecroft Biblical Training Tools: Stonecroft is pleased to create tools for Christian leaders that equip and encourage them as they desire to reach their communities for Jesus Christ. The first Biblical Training Tool is entitled, "AWARE Evangelism." This five week study is perfect for your Planning Team, your Guides, and any Christian woman who wants to grow in her awareness of those around her. It's the first in a three-part evangelism training series. The next two in the series are entitled, "Beside the Well," and "Community." Watch for more details on these resources that will help you share your story and train you in how to reach your communities in real and natural ways.

Stonecroft Bible Studies Price Change: We recently adjusted the cost of Stonecroft Bible Studies. Exclusively for Stonecroft volunteers the Study Books are now $6, the Good News New Testaments remain at $5, and Guide Books continue to be free. Stonecroft Bible Studies are valuable tools for others to use including churches, small groups, and other Christian ministry leaders. For them, the cost is slightly higher at $7 each for the Guide Books and Study Books. The Good News New Testaments remain at $5 each. These price adjustments assist with the increasing costs of developing and printing these resources. Starting in June, we must also include shipping and handling charges to cover postage costs.

Sales Tax: Because groups of people gather to do Stonecroft Bible Studies in every state, Stonecroft is required to pay sales tax in every state. Beginning June 1, 2009, you will see sales tax added to your order.

Debit and Credit Cards: Using a debit or credit card when placing your order for Stonecroft Bible Studies and Biblical Training Tools helps us be better stewards of both time and resources. Did you know that when you place your order online at www.stonecroft.org and use your debit or credit card, we are able to process your request in a short amount of time and this keeps costs down?

Additionally, as an encouragement to you, for a limited time, when you place your order online, you will not be charged shipping or handling. We appreciate you using the online store. You can access these special prices by clicking on "Attention Volunteers" on the store at www.stonecroft.org.

Orders on Account: Beginning January 1, 2010, orders may be placed with checks, debit or credit cards only. To simplify and streamline our order fulfillment process, this new way of ordering and receiving Stonecroft Bible Studies and Biblical Training Tools is being implemented. As mentioned above, you can order using our online store, or you can complete an order form and fax, mail, or call it in. Any returns will be credited to your Debit or Credit Card. (We are unable to take credit card orders via email.)
