"I found Belong Evangelism to be very helpful in understanding the changing post-Christian thinking in today's world… We can't be reminded enough that our main purpose is to 'LOVE our neighbors' into God's Kingdom" —Kathy
"Belong is really a must for Planning Team Members. It goes beyond AWARE and gives us steps for interfacing with people. We aren't necessarily going to reap a decision for Christ, but let's sow." —Linda
"The Roadblock sections were very helpful in pointing out what hinders us from witnessing. They were right on target." —Susan
People long for a sense of community-they want to belong. This desire to belong is often part of their journey to believe. Along the journey, those who don't have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ see His love in our lives as we build authentic relationships with them. Through friendship, we give them a way to belong even before they believe and come to a saving knowledge of Christ.
Our hearts break for the millions of people who have never heard the Gospel-and rightly so. But, do we experience the same heartbreak for those around us who have never had a Christian want to be their friend? At the heart of Belong Evangelism is the need to develop authentic relationships with our Neighbors-special people who deserve special recognition.
Inviting our Neighbors into real friendship speaks as much about our intentions as it does their worth. Cultivating friendship indicates we are willing to take time and make time for them. Jesus led by example in the area of friendship. Jesus made friends. Indeed, He called us friends. We will help others know they belong when we follow in Jesus' footsteps:
I LOVE this study. I feel that it is well thought out and that it teaches in a real and practical way how the scriptures tell us that we are to be "LIVING". Diana ~ Womens' Ministry Director

I have enjoyed "Belong." It is a study that is greatly needed in the Christian World on how to obey the "Great Commission"…not just donate to missionaries; but we need to be a living, breathing, walking missionary to those around us…ourselves! It will be very beneficial to those who spend time studying "Belong."
