at Stonecroft Ministries Headquarters and on the field. With their individual
gifts and years of experience, they are well qualified to provide godly and
professional leadership.
GENEVA VOLLRATH:
President and CEO
Geneva Vollrath has a rich background and a heart rooted in Christian
ministry. As a child, she learned from her parents as they helped establish
a Bible-based church. Seeing Christians work together to build something
lasting made a profound impact on Geneva's spiritual life and fired
her passion for ministry. Geneva has served in a variety of ministries
in the past 25 years, including Young Life, InterVarsity, and the American
Bible Society. In June 2004, God led Geneva to the position of CEO
for Stonecroft Ministries. "I believe God has uniquely positioned Stonecroft Ministries to carry His message of salvation to women of all generations in today's culture," said
Geneva.
SUE CROY: Vice President
of Human Resources
Sue grew up in California and earned a bachelor of science in business

2001, Sue felt led by the Lord to accept the position now known as Director
of Human Resources. In her role, she handles payroll, benefits, interviewing,
hiring, and training. “I love the people here, and I love equipping

Nancy earned a bachelor of science degree in from Central Michigan University. She came to Stonecroft shortly after college and will soon complete 33 years of service.
“I was a fairly new Christian when a friend introduced me to a Christian Business & Professional Women’s Council in Lansing. God used two Stonecroft National Reps greatly in my life and through them made it very clear that He wanted me involved in a ministry that was reaching people for Christ.”
“I see God doing a new thing through Stonecroft Ministries. It’s a time of great change and great challenge, but I still see a heart for outreach and I still see people coming to know Christ. After 70 years God is still using Stonecroft Ministries, and people like me, for His kingdom work!
DORIS THOMPSON: Vice President of Field Ministry
“I strongly desired to experience a vocation where I could focus on serving the Lord using my past experiences. Stonecroft gave me the opportunity to have a career where I could more fully engage in my faith.”
Doris grew up in a small rural community in Illinois. In Sept 2007, Doris and her husband Pat moved to Washington state where they are experiencing life in rural America—living in and ministering to the small town of Ephrata.
Doris worked for 18 years as Vice President of Executive Recruiting for a multi-state personnel firm and has served on the women’s ministry leadership team at her church, as well as serving as Chair of the denomination’s personnel team.
"I personally love being with a small group of women or relating one on one. Being with women as they walk and seek answers in their life of faith brings such incredible joy. When I see women grow in their knowledge and life experience with the Lord it is just exciting! God is doing now what He has always done through Stonecroft Ministries—allowing us to share the Gospel with a world which is longing for good news! Today, the need has never been greater."
SCOTT WRIGHT: Chief Financial Officer
Scott joined the Stonecroft staff as the Chief Financial Officer on July 29, 2008. A CPA with a seminary degree, Scott combines business savvy with the gift of evangelism and a love of ministry. "I see God in the numbers," Scott explains. "It's very easy for me to work with spreadsheets and budgets—and to explain those so that people understand what the numbers mean. That's a natural and I enjoy it—but my heart's desire is to share the Gospel with lost people."
Stonecroft's strong commitment to prayer and evangelism resonates with Scott. "I appreciate people wanting to know God's will and seeking it out," he states. "The ministry that God is doing here is a wonderful thing. There are not too many organizations that put the emphasis on evangelism. What Stonecroft is doing is vital to the body of Christ."
JEFF ZOGG: Director of Communications
Jeff Zogg grew up in Bloomington, Illinois, graduating from Illinois State University and Xiamen University Language School in 1987. His background in communications includes 20 years of fun and hard work as a metropolitan newspaper editor and reporter.

The Communications Team is responsible for publications, writing, designing, website development and design, and audio/visual presentations and products. Jeff also leads the Marketing Team at Stonecroft.
“Encouraging and equipping women to share the Gospel is at the core of everything we do at Stonecroft. It’s a joy and privilege to hear first hand how God uses Stonecroft volunteers to carry out this calling and then share those stories with others. We get to communicate the growth of God’s kingdom!” Jeff says. “We are honored to be a part of sharing Jesus Christ with those who do not yet know Him.”
