Peggy Banks, Director of Leadership Development, explained the difference between Stonecroft Bible Studies and Biblical Training Tools.

A Biblical Training Tool is made up of five parts:

1. Personal spiritual growth
2. Prayer
3. Evangelism
4. Discipleship
5. Leadership development

Stonecroft Ministries has developed AWARE in response to the need for growth in evangelism.

ABCs of Evangelism:

A = AWARE
This is the first step.

B = Beside the Well.
Beside the Well is in the editing phase now.

C = Community Involvement.
This third step asks: How do we recognize ways to connect in our communities?

Why start with AWARE?

Cheryl Davis, Vice President of Ministry, shared, "This generation needs to be brought into the joy of evangelism. Part of evangelism is knowing who is around us. We need to be especially aware of those around us who don't know Christ, then go to the next level to engage them."

Questions and Answers from participants:

Is there a Guide Book? No. The Leader's guide, journaling section, and participant's guide are all in the same book.

How can we order materials? Online or by phone.

Is it safe to use a credit card? Yes, we use a high security system called Pay Pal.

1. Suggest materials to use with AWARE, such as video clips and songs, through the AWARE blog.
2. Share AWARE with your pastor.
3. AWARE Training could be done as an overnight retreat or through conference calls. Be creative!
